What should I bring?+

Bring the complete, unsigned document and a current government-issued photo ID. All signers must be present, willing, aware, and able to communicate directly with the notary.

Do you travel to homes, offices, and hospitals?+

Yes. We provide mobile service throughout the DFW Metroplex and can meet at a home, office, hospital, care facility, or another agreed public location.

Can you tell me which document I need?+

A notary cannot choose documents or provide legal advice. If you are unsure which document or certificate you need, contact the receiving agency or an attorney before the appointment.

How much will my appointment cost?+

Acknowledgments are $10 for the first signature and $1 for each additional signature. An oath or affirmation with certificate and seal is $10. Travel is charged at the current IRS business mileage rate—currently $0.76 per mile—calculated one way from your selected notary’s service area. Evenings after 7 PM and Sundays or holidays are an additional $25. Saturdays have no additional fee. Loan signing services are quoted per assignment.

What are your business hours?+

Contact your selected notary to confirm business hours and availability for the date and time you need. Evening, Sunday, and holiday appointments are subject to availability.
